By downloading, accessing, or using the Macho app (the "App"), developed by MARSK INDUSTRIES, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
02. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
Macho is a tool for tracking nutrition and physical metrics. We are not doctors, and the App does not provide medical advice. The macro calculations, targets, and insights provided by the App are estimates for educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before beginning any new diet, fitness program, or altering your nutritional intake.
03. Subscriptions (Macho Pro)
Macho offers an optional premium subscription ("Macho Pro") that unlocks advanced AI logging, unlimited routines, and cloud synchronization.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase.
04. AI Services & Acceptable Use
The "Smart Logging" feature uses third-party Artificial Intelligence to estimate nutritional data. You agree to use this feature solely for its intended purpose (describing food). You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, spam, or inject malicious prompts into the AI system. Doing so may result in an immediate ban from the platform without a refund.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARSK INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
